Case Batbusters Fastpitch Softball is a 501©(3) non-profit California corporation that was created in 1989. The Organization was created with the express purpose of developing the Character, Attitude, Strength and Excellence in young ladies. We strive for every girl that wears the Case Batbusters uniform to compete in softball at the collegiate level and obtain a degree. We also strive for every player to obtain an athletic and/or academic scholarship to ease the ever-growing burden of college expenses.
For more than 25 years, Case Batbusters has been helping young ladies achieve the above-mentioned goals. No girl is turned away due to a lack of an ability to afford playing at the highest level. Unfortunately, to develop players into the best athletes they can be, and to get them exposure to college coaches, costs a lot of money. While we try to fund raise, very often we don’t have the funds to pay for the more expensive parts of playing competitive travel ball (the travelling aspect). Hotels and transportation are simply too much for some families to afford, so some players don’t get exposed the many coaches that can’t travel, themselves, to Southern California.
Only approximately 25% of females in Los Angeles County will go on to attend college, and fewer will graduate. Our goal is for every girl in the Case Batbusters Organization to attend college AND graduate with a degree.
